The prices are the same as my local grocery store, why would I pay extra for shipping.

Prices are higher than most grocery stores. Do yourself a favor and just use Amazon.

First three items I reviewed and priced online were all higher on boxed. Would be easier to shop at target.com and get better pricing. Not sure what the purpose of this ap is. Everything on it can be purchased elsewhere and from what I can tell for a better price.

What have you done to Boxed? I have ordered before with no problem. Now I cant get into the products list to order. When I click on "Shop," nothing happens. I need to place an order and have been trying for several days. I also cannot find a way to communicate with you. With all these updates, you didnt include that. Is anyone else having problems getting into Box to view items?

I have been using Boxed since it started, but their prices have recently skyrocketed. I can handle them jacking up the prices, because that is on me to notice. But switching toilet paper from 30 jumbo rolls, 30 tiny rolls for the exact same price is just deceitful. So long, Boxed-it was fun while it lasted!!

Need to lower prices. I want water bottles and paper towels.

I just hope they keep getting more and more organic and non GMO things. Id use it way more if they did. Other than that though its amazing.

Decent selection of stuff, and Im sure itll continue to get better. However, most of these items can be found at Walmart for the same prices if not lower, without the shipping.

So upset Apple Pay is no longer an option. I used PayPal but I wasnt even able to choose which card I wanted to use from my paypal account so I have no idea where I was being charged. I guess it will be a surprise. Bring back Apple Pay!!!!!! :(

I saw Boxed on FB, intrigued, and downloaded the app. I love items that I hadnt seen at stores, and the convenience of home delivery. Placed my order on Friday, received it SATURDAY! I already have another shopping cart started.

Its cheaper than normally shopping retail and its so much more convenient. They often update new products and the app just keeps improving (Ive been a user since summer 15). I have also used Jet, Amazon (prime pantry), and of course traditional shopping and Boxed is my fave.

Always thought bulk = clutter but Boxed made it quite an appealing experience to browse through the the products. All my orders came super fast and I love the product selection. Last but not least, the cute thank you notes, something you just dont get from other big companies. Keep it up please!

I have been using the app for a while now and my package always arrives on time and super fast! I can get all of my pantry items at great prices from the comfort of my couch and that makes my life so much easier. I also love the personalized thank you notes they always send in the box:)

I am a blind user struggling to get past the first page because of lack of good voiceover support. Love the idea and the concept of the app. But needs to work better with excess ability software.
