I downloaded this app and made an account just to see what kinds of products they could deliver to me. It turns out that other users are right - the products that this app is offering are overpriced. For example, this app has an 8-pack of Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup priced at $11.99, which means that each individual can costs $1.50. Thats not so bad, but I can get 8 cans for $1.25 each at my local Walmart. In this case, you dont even need a club membership to get a better deal elsewhere; which is just plain sad.
Moreover, the app claims that the retail price of each can is $3.37. I dont know where they got that price from but I have never seen this particular brand of soup priced that high at ANY store. It seems to me that the makers of this app might be exaggerating the retail prices of products to make it seem like youre getting this great deal when in reality you could pay even less than that if you just drove to your local supermarket and purchased the products there.
tl;dr: This app smells like a huge ripoff to me; and evidently other users as well. Youre paying more for the convenience of not having to leave your home when you could find better deals right down the street.
